For more than 37 years, my passion has been helping people understand the incredible ability of the human body to adapt, heal, and function at its very best.
My journey began in the fitness and rehabilitation industry, where I worked closely with people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, and striving to improve their quality of life. Over the decades, this passion evolved into a lifelong commitment to the study of lymphology, inflammation, scar tissue, and the body’s natural healing systems.
Today, I am proud to be the founder of Lymphology Australia, where my mission is simple:
To educate, inspire, and empower people with knowledge that helps them better understand their bodies.

A Different Perspective
Throughout my career I have worked with thousands of individuals from all walks of life, many of whom had been living with pain, swelling, restricted movement, inflammation, or long-term health challenges.
Every person is different.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I believe in looking at the body as an interconnected system. Understanding how the lymphatic system, circulation, connective tissue, movement, nutrition, and lifestyle work together provides a broader picture of health and recovery.
My work combines years of clinical experience with practical education, always aiming to support the body’s natural processes through non-surgical, evidence-informed approaches.

Educating the Next Generation
One of my greatest passions is teaching.
Through workshops, online courses, live seminars, and professional mentoring, I have the privilege of supporting students from Australia and around the world as they develop confidence in understanding lymphology and caring for others.
Watching students grow into knowledgeable, compassionate practitioners is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
